Just downloaded, installed, and ran smath. I decided to check for updates. The dialog indicates there are new updates, yet the Update button is disabled. The build matches in the update and the about dialog, so, I am assuming there is a bug in that the dialog should indicate there are no updates.

Not sure what version of Windows you may be using; however, try running it with admin privileges. I've had a similar issue with updating the main program at work, but not the plugins, and this took care of the problem
