I found two names of interface languages are truncated:
From the menu Tools > options > Interface language:

Brazil (Portugues) becomes Brazil
Bahasa Indonesia becomes Bahasa

This problem only in the latest version (0.90) linux (I tried in Ubuntu versions 11.04, 11.10)
The previous version does not show this problem. Windows also ok, showing the correct language names.

Another thing
From the menu Help > About SMath
it shows version 0.9(build:0)
In windows it does not show build:0

Is this the normal build?

Hi Andrey,

I think the linux version is lower than the windows version.
I could not open sm (with region) file created in windows. It requires higher version text region. The plugins in linux version still in 1.3.0.0. In windows 1.3.4392.xxxx.

Could you please upload the latest build of linux version. We have problems here in exchanged sm files windows to linux.

Thank you for attention.

regards, waluyo

Hello. It is the same versions of binaries for Mono but for some reason MonoDevelper IDE removed numbers for build in assemblies info... So, the only difference between SMath Studio for Mono and for Windows - version representation (unfortunately it causes a message about files opening).

Best regards.

Is there any possibility to open sm file generated from windows (with region).
After the message of diffrerent version and continue, an SMath warning dialog appear
"A null reference or invalid value was found [GDI+ status: InvalidParameter]", when press OK, it gives an empty page.

Hi Andrey,

Now in 0.91 the language names are no longer truncated.

However, I still have a problem (SMAth linux) to read SM file with areas created in windows version.
The massage in terminal:
libpng warning: Ignoring bad adaptive filter type
libpng warning: Ignoring bad adaptive filter type
libpng error: invalid distance too far back

and a windows popped-up:
"A null reference or invalid value was found [GDI+ status: InvalidParameter]", when press OK, it gives an empty page.

Any progress on this problem? I also see numerous libpng error messages when running SMath on linux.

Images inserted into SMath look fine until you save the file. When re-opening the image is blank and the libpng errors show in the terminal! This does not happen with images inserted into Libreoffice writer on linux. When opening the file with inserted images created in linux using Windows 7, the image is there!

This seems to indicate a problem with libpng and not SMath; however, since I am not a programmer I do not have the knowledge/skill to troubleshoot this.

SMath seems to work fine in Windows 7 and XP.
