corrupted file, need help to bring it back

Sup Guys
I've got some problem, my .sm file got corrupted - it's very important for my exam. I've heard that u can take back some files...
Please help me !

i just enclosed at the end of the file the tags reported by smath in the error dialog,
btw how did you corrupt it ?

Glad to help. So you live in a country where you may come across bears in the streets

I wonder how you backup your work to avoid these cases.
One way could be using the simple version control system of Dropbox but this requires to be online;
Another one could be using some backup/syncronize software like FreeFileSync
How about a new feature in SMath to save and recover a backup copy of a document, just like MSword.
