Unfortunately, I cannot find a proper place to post this report; so here it goes.

I wanted to post a PM to a person here; his mailbox appeared to be full; thus I tried to post a message using a email feature.
I constantly get the "there was an error sending your email" reply. Seems like the feature is not functioning.
