I looking for an "new line" command to have 2 lines in header and/or footer.

&[DATE] &[TIME] - &[FILENAME]

Is there any possibility to get 2 lines?

Actually you can place any object in the header or footer at arbitrary locations just as on the canvas.

Insert> Header and Footer> Header: Switches to page view and activates header edit mode.

Then use Insert> Field to populate the header with automatic information.
