Can't commit to SVN - Messages

It seems that the link to the svn repository has changed.
Doing svn update made my svn client (tortoise svn) aware of that.
Still the commit fails.
Any hints how I can proceed?

Perhaps that was just bad timing, now the access works with the previous credencials.

SSL certificates expired some days ago, since Andrey has renewed them you have to login again (data transfers must be encrypted with new signatures)
