Каким образом можно найти по конкретному условию номера строк матрицы или сразу получить матрицу с нужными строками?

Пробовал разными путями, но пока безрезультатно.
Matrica.sm (6 KiB) downloaded 27 time(s).

Получилось только так: Matrica_2.sm (9 KiB) downloaded 24 time(s).
По другому не вышло.
