I can't find a concise reson for this, it seems to depend on what unit is used.
If I have to evaluations (by this I mean equations without = in them) both of which contain units (here called E1 and E2) both of which evaluate to the same units.
I then create an in inequlaity, e.g. E1>E2= , the result being integer 0 or 1 (boolean) then about 50% of the time it says "Units don't match" even though they clearly do.
One equation that results in Hz works fine, another in Farad does not. If I multiply both sides by the unit, e.g. pF then it works.

Hi [userlink]jmc[/userlink],
I can confirm the issue.
Seem related to SMath unit simplification... refreshing the sheet I can see an alternate behavior (see the attachment)
