I noted that the x-y-z frame in the 3D plot is not a rigth-handed system, as usual in engineering.

The label of "x axis" must be "y" and viceversa:

Grins, well Smath is right if you think the y axis pointing INTO the page.

If Y axis is pointing INTO the page, is not a common view for engineering.
Also if the axis don't have arrow heads, is confusing.

In picture, Y axis is pointing OUTWARDS the page, but the vectorial product X x Y would be Z in OPPOSITE direction that current SMath frame, so, in the right-hand system, (with X pointing OUTWARDS the page), X x Y = Z in the correct direction.
