This ConjugateGradient minimizer is the same as used in other models
previously posted. It works same as "Mathcad ConjugateGradient". A bit less
robust than "Mathcad Levenberg-Marquardt" wrt to initial parameters, though
the Mathcad LM may be disatrous with models that are very reactive, in the
sense that it may find parameters that will fit but out of reality.
I like that one, manual iterative. The stem plot residuals has been added.
