The Save As PDF seems to give a huge text size to the header and footer but Print to PDF looks better. Is there any way to get Save As PDF to make the same PDF files as Print to PDF? Note that Print to PDF doesn't give any print preview (I tried the Adobe, MS and PDF-XChange PDF virtual printers).

Can Save As PDF produce searchable PDF pages, rather than non-searchable images?

Finally, is it possible to change the formatting (font, bold, italic, colour and size) of the header and footer?
