Imaginary unit i<-->j - Сообщения
Hello,
I try to solve some problems in AC electric circuits.
Can I change the imaginary unit from i to j such that:
I enter data using j, and
output (from SMath) data using j?
Thanks,
Basile

Simple answer: no.
You may define a variable (j) or a unit ('j) equal to i, then you can use it to enter data.
But you cannot get results using it (putting it to units placeholder won't give you much).
Also you cannot use i as ordinary variable to hold arbitrary value afterwards, as this will ruin your j, too.

This the 'PJ" version [PJ = Pyjama]
1. Define imaginary user style 'j'
2. Don't re-use 'j' as index.
3. No need to spool to file, but X_Y plot
does not take unit ° in "Angle" [Not defined].
I have removed previous posting and work sheets.
Cheers, Jean
