Enjoy this Smath application.

The Mathsoft IMPROC [Image Processing] came with a built-in "rotate(,,)"
It suffers poor border of the rotated image,,, pest !
So, Paul W. designed the bilinear rotation ... quite neat/professional !

At the first red note, "vectorize" was not productive, maybe Jean wrongdoing.
Please: feel free to "Doctor Vectorize".
