Hello,

Can I have a variable be displayed as boldface or with an arrow above, to display a vector variable v (scalar) v (vector), or phasor, etc. ?

Bold face:

Can take advantage of 'Absolute Definitions,' they behave like a variable, but are evaluated an order before a standard variable.
To use, type the ｢~｣ character, and then your variable name. You can copy and paste the following:

~v:#[/code][/list]

[u]Arrows 'above':[/u]
[list][*]If you want an arrow above, you can copy/paste the following:
[list][*][code=markup]v⃑:#

Not that I am aware of; I did write code to accomplish this (reference forum: https://en.smath.com/forum/yaf_postsm79999_SMath-Keyboard-Shortcuts.aspx#post79999), but I didn't deploy it as an plugin.

As for a native solution, I have a txt file with these special characters that I just copy/paste (apparently copy/paste from a browser isn't reliable for these special characters, hence the standalone txt file):
SpecialChar_Combine.txt (74 Б) скачан 40 раз(а).

Another solution is to utilize EnableHexNumpad on your keyboard and enter the hex code manually for these characters (but you could easily download a 3rd party application that allows you to assigns hotkeys to insert these special characters as well.
