Hi,

Theare are a couple of issues using the transpose function:

1) Using transpose inside sum(1), the selection box loose the bottom piece of the sum symbol; when you select and move to top the primitive, some artifacts appears on the screen.

2) linear indexing of transposed matrices doesn't work (as reported here)
