It seems when I set Windows font scale to %125 and disabled High DPI scale for SMath (from rightclick-compability),
table region fonts are bigger then rest of the document even they are at same hight (10pt).

Yes Mr Andrey, this is exactly the issue. Thanks for quick pointing.

After I have updated the table region plugin, the bug seems to remain.

And there is a new behaviour I am encountering, when you first create the table fonts are alright.
But if you save the document and open it again table region fonts are bigger than it should be as before (10pt in settings but seems bigger than rest of the document).
When settings is opened by right clicking the table region, if you click to cancel without altering any change for font size or make irrevelant changes, fonts are resized to 8pt size for visual.
Table regions fonts are still 10pt in the settings. When I had checked the file with notepad++, fonts are still 10pt originally.
This happens with any matrix sent to table. Because of this, all of table-used documents are unusable now.
