another unit problem - changing the unit smath adds redundant fractions - Сообщения

Hello,
as you can see in the example below here is another problem with units in smath.
As a civil engineer I need to have pressure-values to be printed in [kN/m²] and smath
prints results of calculations in [J/m³] by default. When I try to change the unit manually, a redundant expression
in the form of [m³/m³] appears and cannot be deleted. Not only that this does not look nice - this
"new unit" cannot be combined with other values having been define in [kN/m²] by me.
I suspect that there is a logic behind this I don't understand. So please help me if you have a clue.
Thank you, Nilsminimum example.sm (7 КиБ) скачан 34 раз(а).

nothing is wrong with unit handling in this example except your misinterpretation.
my guess is you copy-paste the meter cube and meter square from somewhere else.
you should recheck how you handle with power for your formulas.

Hello overlord,
you were totally right. I was handling the power wrong... just found out that I have to press the key twice to have it correctly.
Thank you for spending your precious evening time with helping a newbie out.
May the power be with you,
Nils

FBRamires,
You need to set your units in I.2 to (kPa)^2 and units of I.3 to (kPa)^3.
Edit: See this example
