can someone help me to solve this problem. Im trying to import more then one colum from excel to smath by using while-loop, look at pic.

Im get an error that I have to usw a string

or more question. is it possible to combine string and int to string like this a="Hello" und i=1+i to c=a+i or somethin like this c="Hello&i&".

You can use num2str() to convert a number to string and concat() to join a set of strings togheter
