I read that some years ago there was a problem with the trigonometric functions in the program, but in my understanding, that should be fixed now.

Hi. That value is correct. That function is arc cotangent. You are not thinking about atan (arc tangent) ?

There is nothing to fix, Smath does not evaluates the Win coded trig.
Smath will only associate units and decimal display.
