In the mean time you cogitate more integration visit Samples
Simpson ranges from exact [I only know two functions] to absolute crap.
In cases considered adequate, it may still be a poor integrator.
... poor integrator on the long range of the integration variate X.
This case is rescued via Romberg-Simpson ... in the attachment.
Other integrations are only possible via Carlos Adaptive ∫Adaptive(f,a,b,N,ε).
These two documents are minimalist visit.
Good idea to first construct the project unit-less.
