Latest SM version:"0.99.7921.69".
Attached SM file suddenly became unable to open.
I was working with it for the last two days without any problem

Here is your recovered file.
I deleted the REGION section from description at line 201.
That was causing the issue, I have manually handled the situation.
And there was an empty placeholder which I have filled with ASDF.
