I have registered for the Cloud version and downloaded the desktop version, both are great; but I've tried to use the password recovery on the cloud version as it seems I can't recall the password I used.
In any case, the system provides a message that a recover password email has been sent, but I check my email and it is not received. It is not being blocked by my email filters and I have tried the recovery on two different desktop machines and also from a mobile device.
Any help is appreciated,
