Here you have

fixed wrong instructions of exit point when n=1 (missing in the left side of the screenshot above BTW);
made initialization of local matrices of gencm1(), genm() because same names are used on a parent level;
missing a -1 in definition of O;
(optional) submatrix() made with ranged indices;
