Works with Portable 6484
Force Close with installed 6606.

Thank you very much for your comments, recommendations, suggestions and help.
It seems that it is a Bug in Smath Studio 0.98.6606, since I tested it in the
versions of Smath Studio 0.98.6179, 98.6484 and 0.97.5346, and in
these versions it worked correctly.

Here is the latest deal, I have created a portable 6606 version which has no extension plugin except table region.
Now the table plugin is working as it should be. Maybe one of the installed plugins is creating the havoc.
I am going to try to find it by installing one at a time.

Andrey,

Could you please change your decimal symbol from comma to period and try to open the test file above?
I think I have found the culprit. When I change it to comma, no issues so far.
