Preamble
Cut me into pieces, eat me with butter, but if I want to get a decimeter, I divide the meter by 10, not multiply the meter by 10. If I multiply the bel by ten, then I get a decabel, not a decibel.
I can work with dB in Mathcad 15. How to work with dB in SMath?

If Davide could provide operator forms for To_dB() and From_dB() then this could pretty much look like in Mathcad.

Thanks,
But how can I use the postfix and prefix operators in SMath? Is there a tree operator too?

Try to zoom your document in native Smath 100 %

That's what you should have.

Davide Carpi has defined operator representations for some functions in his Custom Glyphs plugin. So he is the wizard who can make that happen if you convince him. He also implemented the Glyph for the Maxima().

The drawback is that users can easily read these expressions but it is hard to guess how to write these operators if you aren't aware of the background function used for it. So the best would be to have a side panel (as it is implemented for the currency units plugin).

Seems something related to DPI scaling in the plugin. Just a guess.
