Integration Error - integration of e(x^3) is different from HP50G, TI 89 and PTC - Messages

Integration of e(x^3) from 0 to 6 gives the following
1- sMath 7.4662*10^91
2- HP50G 5.964*10^91
3- TI 89 5.9639*10^91
4- PTC 5.964*10^91
What's wrong?
1- sMath 7.4662*10^91
2- HP50G 5.964*10^91
3- TI 89 5.9639*10^91
4- PTC 5.964*10^91

You have to increment the accuracy of the integration.
This option is available in: Tools > Options > Calculation
