Yes, did not reproduce.
WroteHmm,
I just re-tested on my home PC, freshly booted, same problem.
appVersion(3) = "0.99.7030" not .7219 <- Could this be the difference?
I can confirm this hangs on 7030. I was running 7219 before and did not have an issue. My guess is this should be fixed in next stable release and already seems to be fixed in Beta releases. The question is whether or not the "fix" is intentional or not.
I will install 7219.
Hopefully my Maxima plugin continues to work.
WroteWroteI will install 7219.
IMHO, not the best option yet.
Who can guess what the angle for loop should be doing ?
There are no maths associated with !
angle was originally used as such, but I modified it as a troubleshooting step, with no change to the bug's behavior
loss := loss + I2ttot(sin(angle*deg)*Ipk)
WroteOK thanks.
I will install 7219.
Hopefully my Maxima plugin continues to work.
It works properly on .7219.
But Maxima doesn't work.

What error do you get? Maxima works fine on my end. May need to update the plugin.
EDIT: I was able to get Maxima running with .7219.

No matter SS version, by far not a Mathcad clone.
Show some Mathcad snippets ... would help doctor the patient.
What from Maxima ? Plot, Solve ...
Wrote^ Doesn't installing Maxima require running Update16.sm which will then upgrade it to .7030?
Not sure? Maybe Martin can answer. I already had maxima setup on a previous version. I simply updated to 7219 and Maxima came along for the ride.
