Matrix Data - Getting the wrong information - Messages

I need the information for 1 pipe diameter smaller ... sigh, I hate programming

Model your pipe from inspired working document.

Muchas gracias Carlos. Lo que no podia ver es la indice else --> index.j:1 Handaba pensando en algo similar para retener el numro viejo, pero nada se me vino a la mente.

Ruben: A slightly more complicated algorithm, which supports several speeds and several flows.

Interesting. I was looking at modifying your other code ... this is better inspiration.
I'm looking at sizing pipe at low flow, then calculate velocity, fixed pipe dia, at a higher flow. With your original code, I set this up in two steps to look at VFD driven system.

TW, Tanks Carlos ... lovely code.
Elsid, about your request:
That's what "Colebrook Pipe Data" [post 3] does.
1. For industrial projects, we measure MassFlow, not volumetric
... volumetric is for simple/primitive municipal water work.
2. "Colebrook Pipe Data" in based on 100 m, pipe length.
3. Pipe sizing is like valve sizing: trial/error,
... mostly wrt "Nominal" design conditions.
4. Convert your input data from SI to US
5. post convert back from SI to US.

Jean,
I tend to deal in "volumetric is for simple/primitive municipal water work." And hydronic systems.

WroteJean,

Hydronics is the use of water as the heat-transfer medium in heating and cooling systems. A hydronic piping system is used to circulate chilled or hot water with the connections between the piping and the terminal units made in a series loop.
Whatever "Hydronic" is hot/cold, the water has properties wrt to MASS.
Reverse Engineering in your proposal does not solve project not understood from the onset.
