is it possible to add function as argument to another function if in that function is if statement?

I guess that you have an unit issue, instead to ask "x=1" try with "x=1*'m".

no i tried with out any units.. as far as i can tell its if there is if in the function i cant use it as argument for another function even if it plots perfect as i imagine..
so i played around even further:
it seems that: i can make boolean operations with x and i can use if if x is not evaluated.. but if in if statement there is x then it shows that x is not defined.? is this bug?
