I am trying to issue the entire calculation in SMATH (according to GOST with frames). I add the frame as a background to the whole worksheet, like a picture. It is not possible to correctly line up the location of the text, since the dimensions of the header and footer do not allow.
How to set worksheet size, headers and footers size?

Go to "File" > "Page Setup"
There you can set up the size of page(s), orientation of the page, width of margin, Header/Footer, etc.
You may refer the picture shown.
