I want to read a text file using ImportData() and can't understand the effect of the dec separator setting (second argument)
The first version with correct specification does not work.
The other versions with default or wrong specification do work. But they don't work on some other computers.

As this might largely system dependent, I would like to get this tested by others before committing a bug report in the bts

Same result as your if I use comma as decimal separator and semicolon as argument separator

the result below is if I use period as decimal separator and comma as argument separator
