Thank you for the dedicated help!!

I am attaching a real output (from a real calculation).

Another thing is that rods should be placed from outside to inside (first from vertices, second in primeter and the in the interior of the mesh).
I think that could be too complex!

Two things...

1) Right, seem to produce an error, but in version 7030, works... (E pur si muove!! hehehe)

2) The way the rods must be placed, is from perimeter to the center of the mesh (not in a random way).
So, the first 4 rods should be places in the 4 vertices of the mesh. The fifth rod must be in middle of a side (any one).
The sixth, in the middle of other side, and so on until complete all the perimeter crosses (or Tees).

After that, the rods must be dran in the inner rectangel (counting from the perimeter to the center of the mes), and in the same way as before, the rods will be completing this internal perimeter.

(I dont know if I make mysel clear... )

In some way yes, but looks involved.
IEEE-80 is over-killed by protection dogs from pissing on the fence.
What about two bison fighting for MaMa ?
Or deer jumping 10 ft high fence ... more ?

What about termites ?
In their French colonial Africa, they soon learned
metallic installations lasted few moons, only.
Maybe , there are ways to automate the demo.

... you can have as many sub-squares as you wish, manually.
The interlacing to show the grid lines to center,
they are purely figurative/implicit, not really needed.
Only one set of interlace is needed, not offered.

No problem for sequence square construct ... more work rectangle.
I guess that concerns the physical steps in-situ [construction crew].
Once physical installation is complete ... same plotting canvas.
Maybe, I understand not enough in there.
The sequence demo may be automated.
Please read the two attachments.

To make myself more clear, look a this final 3D approach with 4 rods in vertices. The final plot could be something like that.
This represent a mesh of "conductors/buried cables" (square or rectangular) and 4 rods stuck in the ground.

You can have the grid bed as 3D plotted as 2D,
c/w 4 degrees of rotation. But can't have legs.
Your CAD drawing is pure visual, has nothing to do
with the maths suite wrt IEEE-80
Smath is an advanced CAS ... not at all a CAD.
Finish the CAD drawing, capture as an image, paste in Smath document.
Once rotated, it may be possible to add legs in the attached.
