Since I have installed Smath Studio, AdwCleaner found four suspicious registry keys. Here is the report :

These are registry keys about file type description for the current user

I posted a similar question to the Toolslib Forum but no answer until now. I hoped they put these keys in a white list (no option for the final user). It seems that AdwCleaner is a little bit paranoïd (obviously, it's a safe attitude)...

If not, is it possible to erase these keys in the registry (either by AdwCleaner or directly within the registry, using regedit or other) without disrupting Smath ?

I suppose it depends because one may write almost everything in the registry, following is own "pattern", thus is not easy to have precise answers valid for every case.

Not sure, we may wait an answer from the author, but if possible would be better to put it in a local whitelist (if the software let you do it).

AdwCleaner reminds me years... years ago JV16 would want to zap all Mathcad !!!
AdwCleaner rocognises published crap. It questions what it does not know.
SpyWare is another one of same questionability.
