One issue is that the if statements should be under separate Line arguments, |.
However, correcting that gives a different output to the example so there may be other issues.

What is the text string used in the Mathcad File? I can see in the Text string in SMath that no "]" character exists. So I would not expect to have the same result as the Mathcad screenshot.
