Can you make Smath recognise the letter "µ" on the keyboard ?
Also, can you add those units directly in SMath:
nH (nano Henries)
mHz (milli Hertz)
µohms

type m then press CTRL+G (wiki , Activebook)

Å (Angstrom)... press Alt, while pressing [Alt] type 0197 on the numeric pad.
Type m Cntrl+G to get μ then type o ... μo => permeability of vacuum.
nH:=μH*10e-3 [nanoHenry]

These kind of character [0xxx] start @ 33 up to 255.
Smath recognises only very few of them.

I use the latest version for mono, and i've installed additional packets like xfonts-base,
xfonts-100dpi, xfonts-75dpi just in case

These are very important informations! (hard to replicate otherwise)
