Mathcad to Smath Question - Сообщения
#1 Опубликовано: 26.07.2016 18:06:01
I'm trying to recreate a mathcad calculation in smath and I'm not sure how to make the evaluation "l" which is the resultant distance for each point.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Here you go. There might be another way to do this, but this was the first I thought of.

Thanks Ernesto.
@Jean
The next step is to use the C' equation to for each bolt resultant distance to center of group.

I think I've got the C' equation working but I'm sure there is a better way.

Wrote"Uncle Sam",
By inspetion, I kind of understand the C' formula,
just a matter to code Smath. Will be back tonight.
What is Δmax ?
Jean
Thanks for the help.
Δmax = Maximum deformation on the bolt farthest from the center of gravity.
Empirical set value = 0.34 in
