Couldn't open the attached SS 7030 work sheet.
It happened another time from maybe Alvaro ?
Seemingly caused by 2 of your modules not activated.
My SS 6179 does not closed those two particular modules.

However, I have recognized the flat parabola data set.
I'm sure your proposal will have more applications.
Data sets with flat region best fit by model function,
like this one from al_nleqsolve, always assumed noisy.
